All orders are shipped fully insured via tracked courier service. We ship to every province and territory in Canada, including Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, Calgary, Ottawa, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Halifax, and all communities nationwide.

• Processing time: 1-2 business days
• Transit time: 2-5 business days depending on destination
• Insurance: Every shipment is fully insured for the purchase value
• Signature required: All deliveries require an adult signature

International Shipping

International shipping is available on select orders. Contact our team for a shipping quote to your location. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your watch doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a return window from the date of delivery.

• Watch must be in the same condition as received
• All original packaging, documentation, and accessories must be included
• Return shipping must be fully insured and tracked
• Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned watch

Exchanges & Trades
